We refer to the announcement made on 24 January 2008 in relation to the letter of confirmation received from Sompo Japan’s 80%-owned subsidiary, William S.T. Lee Insurance Company Limited of Hong Kong (“William S.T. Lee”) to commence study to finalise the implementation of comprehensive e-Cover services by Rexit International Sdn Bhd ("Rexit International"),
On behalf of the Company, Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad ("Kenanga") is pleased to announce that Rexit International has completed the study and entered into an agreement with William S.T. Lee to provide the comprehensive e-Cover services based on the agreed terms and conditions.
