We refer to the announcements made in relation to the above.

The Board of Directors of Rexit wishes to announce that the Company had complied with the level of public shareholding spread as prescribed under Rule 8.15(1) of the Revamped MMLR, wherein a listed issuer must have at least 25% of its total listed shares in the hands of a minimum of 1,000 public shareholders holding not less than 100 shares each.

The public shareholding spread of the Company, according to the Record of Depositors as at 24 December 2007, stands at 53.41% of its total listed shares held by 1,002 public shareholders holding not less than 100 shares each.
