On behalf of the Company, Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad ("Kenanga") is pleased to announce that subsequent to the announcement dated 21 January 2008 on the appointment of Rexit International Sdn Bhd ("Rexit International") to provide e-Cover services to Sompo Japan Insurance Inc. of Japan (“Sompo Japan”), Rexit International has received a letter of confirmation from Sompo Japan’s 80%-owned subsidiary, William S.T. Lee Insurance Company Limited of Hong Kong to commence study to finalise the implementation of comprehensive e-Cover services based on the agreed terms and conditions.
