We refer to the announcement made on 16 June 2007 pursuant to the above.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of Rexit, Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad (formerly known as K & N Kenanga Bhd) wishes to announce that the Securities Commission has vide its letter dated 18 July 2007approved the extension of time until 30 June 2008 for Rexit to meet the Bumiputera equity condition.
