Kindly be advised that REXIT's entire issued and paid-up share capital of 142,000,000 ordinary shares of RM0.10 each will be admitted to the Official List of the Securities Exchange and the listing of and quotation for these shares on the MESDAQ Market under the "Technology" sector will be granted with effect from 9.00 a.m., Wednesday, 16 November 2005, on a "Ready" basis pursuant to the Rules of the Securities Exchange.

The Stock Short Name, Stock Code and ISIN Code of REXIT is "REXIT", "0106" and "MYQ0106OO003" respectively.
