The Board of Directors of Rexit Berhad is pleased to declare a Tax Exempt Interim Dividend of 25% per ordinary share of RM0.10 (RM0.025 per share) amounting to RM4,733,333.00 in respect of the financial year ending 30 June 2007. The dividend will be paid on 26 June 2007 to all shareholders whose names appear in the Record of Depositors at the close of business on 7 June 2007.
