On behalf of the Board of Directors of Rexit, K & N Kenanga Bhd wishes to announce that Rexit had subscribed for 4,079,949 new ordinary shares of RM1.00 each ("Shares") in its subsidiary company, Rexit International Sdn Bhd ("Rexit International") at RM1.00 per Share.

As at todate, the authorised share capital of Rexit International is RM22,000,000 comprising 22,000,000 Shares, whilst its issued and paid-up share capital is RM8,000,000 comprising 8,000,000 Shares of which RM4,080,000 comprising 4,080,000 Shares representing 51% of its issued and paid-up share capital are held by Rexit while the remaining 49% are held by Marubeni Corporation of Japan.
