On behalf of the Board of Directors of Rexit, Public Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that Securities Commission Malaysia had, vide its letter dated 23 March 2012, approved the Company’s application for an extension of time up to 4 September 2012 for the Company to comply with the bumiputera equity condition.
