The Board of Directors of Rexit ("Board") wishes to announce that the Board has on 17 January 2024 received a notice of unconditional mandatory take-over offer ("Notice") from UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd, on behalf of the Joint Offerors, to acquire all the remaining ordinary shares in Rexit not already held by the Joint Offerors ("Offer Share(s)") for a cash offer price of RM0.85 per Offer Share ("Offer").

A copy of the Notice is enclosed in this announcement and the same will be posted to the holders of the Offer Shares within 7 days from the date of this announcement.
