(Unless stated otherwise, definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the announcements dated 29 July 2020 and 25 March 2019).

Further to the announcements dated 29 July 2020 and 25 March 2019 pertaining to the aforesaid subject matter, the Board of Directors of Rexit wishes to announce that GETB had proposed to extend the Agreement for an additional year, from 1st January 2024 to 31st December 2024.

The initial term of the Agreement is expiring on 31st December 2023 and GETB is desirous to extend the Agreement with Rexit Software for a further period of one (1) year from 1st January 2024 to 31st December 2024, subject to further negotiation between the parties.
