Datuk Ng was appointed to the Board on 2 September 2005. He holds a Bachelor of Social Science (Honours) degree from the University of Singapore and a Masters in Public Administration degree from the University of Southern California (Washington D.C.). He started his career with the Malaysian Administrative and Diplomatic Service in 1970 and worked in the Penang State Secretarys Office. He has served in the National Institute of Public Administration, the Prime Ministers Department, the Road Transport Department, and the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment. He retired from the civil service in 2002. |
