Description	The Company has received notifications dated 15 January 2013 from Datuk Chung Hon Cheong and Mr. Si Tho Yoke Meng (jointly referred to as "affected persons"), the Directors of the Company of their intention to deal in securities of the Company during the closed period pending the release by the Company of its results for the second quarter ended 31 December 2012.
