Description	REXIT BERHAD (“THE COMPANY”)  -PROPOSED RENEWAL OF AUTHORITY TO PURCHASE ITS OWN SHARES OF UP TO 10% OF THE ISSUED AND PAID-UP CAPITAL OF THE COMPANY  -PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek the approval of its shareholders on the following proposals at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company: (i) Proposed Renewal of Authority to Purchase Its Own Shares of up to 10% of the Issued and Paid-up Share Capital of the Company (“Proposed Renewal”); and (ii) Proposed Amendments to the Articles of Association of the Company (“Proposed Amendments”).    A Statement in relation to the Proposed Renewal and Proposed Amendments set out as Appendix A in the Annual Report 2012 will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company together with the Company’s Annual Report 2012 in due course. This announcement is dated 10 October 2012.
