On behalf of the Board of Directors of Rexit, Public Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that an application has been submitted today to Securities Commission Malaysia (“SC”) to seek its approval for an extension of time of six (6) months from 5 March 2012 to 4 September 2012 for the Company to comply with the bumiputera equity condition.
